Cardinal Solutions is currently seeking an Flex RIA Developer to join our growing team. The Flex RIA Developer is responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge rich internet applications with the Adobe Flex platform.

Cardinal Solutions has been an Adobe Partner since 2004 and we are well known for developing state-of-the-art solutions based on LiveCycle Server, Flash, Flex, and the Intelligent Document Platform. Cardinal has won two Adobe Max awards and recently won the Adobe Solution Partner Showcase in Washington, DC.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong full life cycle software application development background is required.
• Development of enterprise level Adobe Flex solutions.
• 1-3 years of solid Java EE development experience in a professional environment
• Solid knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis and Design techniques.
• Experience with Object-oriented ActionScript.
• Solid knowledge and experience of the Cairngorm Microarchitecture for Rich Internet Applications (RIA).

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Desired Skills

• Prior project leadership experience is a plus.
• Experience with Adobe Flash MX or above.
• User Interface (UI) design experience.
• Usability expertise.

• Experience in Financial, Insurance, Commercial Retail or Government industries.
