Freelance Flex Developer for map mashup

at Confidential (Anywhere)

Seeking Consultant for Flex to help with google maps mashup project we are working on over the next week or possibly two weeks. You’ll be helping to develop some of our UI tools for enhancing the map to help our users do geospatial analysis.

• Must have experience with Robotlegs
• Experience working with Flex SDKs in use (3.5, & 4)
• Experience working with Flex Builder 4
• ActionScript (AS3) development
• Object oriented programming (OOP) methods and standards
• Flex component and module development and “wiring” events
• Debugging and testing AS3 code
• Data services integration / XML, JSON, etc.
• Data models and managing complex data
• Understanding of common AS3 design patterns and their possible use
• Knowledge of popular Flex micro-architectures
• Logic and problem solving skills
• Experience with Flex Charting Library
