Flex Developer Applicant Qualifications
+ Solid knowledge and experience with Flex 2.0 or above.
+ Good knowledge of ActionScript 2.0 and 3.0, CSS, and XML are highly desirable.
+ Experience with integrating web services into Flex applications.
+ Strong understanding in object-oriented programming techniques especially as they related to ActionScript.
+ Experience expectation: 2+ years working with Flash Platform

+ JQuery
+ Java / C# / Or similar
+ PHP / Or similar
+ SQL
+ Apache Web Server
+ Content Management Systems
In addition, candidates should be familiar with development concepts such as source control, requirements gathering, scoping and estimation, and software architecture. Coding practices should result in clean, well formatted, easy to maintain and understand, and well documented code.
