Fluid is seeking a lead developer with Flash, Flex, and web development experience. Successful candidates will have strong object oriented software development, design, and analysis skills, experience with design patterns, and modern software development practices, and experience working closely with clients, design teams, and leading engineering efforts in an agency setting.

Required Skills / Knowledge:

• Flash / ActionScript / Flex
• HTML / JavaScript / CSS
• OOP / Design Patterns / UML
• Data transfer languages such as XML and JSON
• Web Service concepts and technologies

In addition, candidates should be familiar with development concepts such as source control, requirements gathering, scoping and estimation, and software architecture. Coding practices should result in clean, well formatted, easy to maintain and understand, and well documented code.
