Candidates should have:

- experience with flash/flex

- experience with setting up automated testing for RIA: unit, functional

- experience with FlexMonkey, Selenium, etc.

- experience with build processes and continuous integration

- Experience with build scripting tools (e.g. Ant), continuous integration frameworks (e.g. CruiseControl)

- ability to perform/delegate/organize human testing for everything that can’t be automated
