Flash Developer (Long Term Contract)

We are looking for a hightly effective flash developer to work with an intertional IT consulting firm. This is a contract position and will last for 18 months.
Requirements
~ Serve as the first line of response for SOW
~ Interface with client service liaisons to coordinate SOW delivery
~ Work on SOW tasks based on priority and skill set
~ Update existing Flash applications
~ Solid communications and interpersonal skills
~ Flash Development with Actionscript
~ Web services
~ JavaScript and AJAX
~ XML and XSLT
~ HTML, CSS and XHTML
~ .NET Framework
