Senior Interactive Flex / Flash Developer

Wanted: an innovative leader who is passionate about interactive development
In this role, you will work with other members of our team to create Web sites and multimedia applications. This will include all aspects of technical design, coding and implementation.
Technical Requirements
A qualified applicant will have:
• advanced Flash / Flex experience
• advanced knowledge of Action Script 3 with thorough understanding of OOP
• extensive experience with HTML, CSS, and web page development
• knowledge of at least some of the following: .NET, Cold Fusion, JSP, PHP, XML, Ajax, JavaScript
• mobile interactive development experience a plus
• experience with SQL databases such as SQL Server, MYSQL, Oracle
• experience with data schemas and producing technical documentation
Other Key Requirements:
• must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and dedicated to excellence
• highly skilled, innovative, smart, efficient, even tempered and able to work in a collaborative environment
• must have passion for learning current and emerging technologies and a strong desire to continually expand abilities
• have experience leading large scale projects
• interactive agency experience preferred (or similar experiences working in an interactive development team)
