Full-time Part-Time / Contract / Intern Flex Developer wanted.

We are looking for a flex developer with the following skills/qualities:

1) Familiar with Linux server environment.
2) Java (using Blazeds for backend interfacing with flex)
3) Oracle DBMS knowledge a bonus but not absolute requirement.
4) Able to work independently and is passionate about creating the best apps.
