Full-time Flex GUI Test Engineer - 80-130k

at Open Source Staffing in Palo Alto, CA

My Palo Alto, CA client is a privately held, stealth software company developing an innovative database management application. Their founders, executives, and directors are responsible for developing products and companies that have made a significant impact on the IT industry and have resulted in billions of dollars in revenue.

They are aggressively looking for a Flex GUI Test Engineer. The mandatory requirements for this position are:

1 - Should be a Flex and ActionScript programmer
2 - Should know Java programming
3 - Should have used automated GUI/web-console testing methods such as Selenium Flex, FlexMonkey, RIATest, FlexUnits, etc.
4 - Should be rock solid computer scientist who wants to work for a aggressive startup

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and relevant work experience. They need a leader in testing who should be technically very strong and well-versed in automated testing methods and have a passion to drive quality of Flex based GUI software. The ideal candidate would have 5-10 years experience.
