Senior Flex Developer

We are a marketing firm in the San Francisco Financial District seeking a Senior Flex Developer for a 2-3 month project to help us develop and launch an online reporting and collaboration site.
This person will be responsible for architecting, designing and building the presentation layer for an Internet based application for our clients.
Candidate must be experienced project leader, possess good communication skills as they will be working closely with database developers, system administrator, marketing account managers, graphic designers.
Must Haves:
• Mastery of Adobe Flex 2.0/3.0, with MXML and IDE skills
• 4+ years of Java, with .Net development experience
• Objected Oriented Programming knowledge
• 4+ years of Web development experience
• Experience with real time applications
• Experience with programming in Database environment (SQL Server 2005)
• Experience with Web-services
• Experience in Windows 2003 environment
