39 Degrees North is a GIS (Geographic Information Systems) consulting company specializing in design and implementation of enterprise GIS solutions. We deliver GIS solutions in a variety of cutting edge platforms including Flex, Silverlight, .NET in desktop, web and mobile environments.

We are looking for a creative designer to work with our programmers in developing applications that are rich in user experience.These include products currently in development as well as new products. The position requires working with graphic design and user interfaces daily. The successful candidate has a creative mind and the ability to think outside the box in order to create user interfaces that are highly appealing to the user without losing functionality or becoming visually overwhelming.

This is a full time position in Bloomington, Indiana. You will work with a motivated group of people in a very friendly environment with options for flexible work hours in the future. We may consider candidates who want to telecommute part of the time.

Key Qualifications
Flex 3.0 , ActionScript 3.0 with experience in skinning and animation
Adobe Creative Suite
