Adobe Flex Developer
Emerald Consulting Group is an executive search firm that specializes in the placement of top open source software development talent throughout the United States.
We’re currently seeking an experienced Flex Developer for a fantastic long-term contract opportunity with an exciting, forward-thinking company.
Our client is seeking an experienced & structured application developer with interest in creating and deploying applications using Adobe Flex 3 and desktop applications.
You will take on the challenge of designing, coding and testing web applications to support our client’s product line.
Your responsibilities will include creating programming specifications for new modules, researching problem areas, executing prepared unit test plans without guidance and providing accurate estimates for projects and documentation.
You will additionally share knowledge and work collaboratively with the team, participate in code reviews, and continuously update your knowledge base.
Key Qualifications
Proficiency in Actionscript 3.0 development; 2+ years experience preferred
Proficiency with Adobe Flex, preferably Flex 3
Solid understanding of how commonly used design patterns work.
Track record of developing UI Components.
Experience unit testing with Flex Coverage
Coding to Adobe best practices.
