Looking for a very sharp Flex Skinner/ UI Designer to "gloss up" 3 small flex applications. Designer should be able to integrate their skins/ui designs into existing applications and be able to create fluid transitions and animation that can really give an application a polished look and feel

Should also be a well rounded flex/as3 programmer.
