Task description:- guide Adobe Flex development – Set up Adobe Flex project according to industry standards – Define and document good coding and design practices for Adobe Flex projects – Hold code reviews with the developers – Answer technical questions about developing with Adobe Flex – Design and assist in technical evaluations – Ensure the Technical Interface between the project leader and the developers – Participate in project and technical meetings
Required technical skills: – Excellent Adobe Flex knowledge. Minimum 1 year experience in the development of applications with Adobe Flex. – General Relational Database knowledge and experience – Minimum 2 years experience in General Web application development
Optional experience: – Experience with UML – Experience with RUP – Experience with Adobe Coldfusion – Experience with Oracle DB
Required Experience – University degree with minimum 4 years experience in ITOR- Non-university degree with minimum 8 years experience in IT
Required personal skills – Ability to integrate into a development team and guide the developers – Ability to explain technical solutions to developers and project leader – Ability to follow and interpret Internal procedures and standards – Ability to work to deadlines – Ability to work independently on specific tasks while at the same time functioning as a member of a project team – Capability of integration in an international/multi-cultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in team working – Fluent in English and/or French – Able to understand documents written in both English and French
