Flex Programmer in Dallas, TX

North Dallas, TX company is looking for a Flash/Flex Programmer. This is a contract position.
Qualified candidate must have the following experience:
- experience developing in Flex (Flex 3.0 preferred)
- Flex and/or Flash ActionScript 3.0
- Knowledge of data driven applications (more than just web banner ads)
- Experience using Flex frameworks (or other product frameworks)
- Data exchange between Flex and Java backend
- Web knowledge/user experience
- Team development experience a plus
