Senior Adobe Flex Software Enginner

The Company:
RBIDR is a 2-year old technology start-up company, currently still operating in stealth mode, that is building a cutting edge price-optimization, yield management and ecommerce platform for time-based inventory
The Role:
Working closely with the product manager, UI designer and the chief technologist, the Flex Software Engineer will be responsible for the architecture and development of a sophisticated RIA application. Although interactive design experience is preferred, the primary responsibility is development using ActionScript and Flex components. This position guarantees to challenge your skills set as we push the boundaries of what can be accomplished with Flex
Must-have Requirements:
-- Significant development with ActionScript 3.0 / Flex components
-- Software engineering experience using object-oriented ActionScript, Design Patterns, etc.
Other Requirements:
-- Experience with Agile Methodologies, Pair programming and Test Driven Development
-- Formal education or equivalent desired
-- Some experience using Adobe’s Java based server technologies would be a plus, e.g. BlazeDS, Live Cycle Data Services
