Creative Flash & Flex Developer — telecommute!

Fledgling new media group is in need of flash and flex support to complete a series of high level fashion and international creative projects. Ideal candidate will have decent design sensibilities, while having a top level understanding of flex, flash, actionscripting and the ability to keep on budget and schedule.
Development projects will include continual upgrades and maintenance on flex document management software and complete development of several front end fashion oriented flash websites.
Compensation is on par with industry standards, telecommuters welcome!
