Your energy, communication skills, organizational abilities, and experience developing world-class object oriented software will qualify you to design the architecture and user experience of high profile interactive web applications. What you will need to be successful in this role:

• Software Development: You will write superior code, either object-oriented ActionScript or server-side Java. (You will learn the other technology on the job.) We also value expertise with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, SQL, and Linux

• Object-Oriented Analysis and Design: You will use UML to define and document the systems you build

• Leadership: You will assemble, motivate, train, and supervise a team of engineers working under your guidance

• Communication skills: You’ll communicate with engineers, other team members, and clients. You will write clear and persuasive technical specifications
