Senior Flash / Flex Developer

My client, a leading digital agency based in central London are looking for a Senior Flash / Flex developer for 3 months from September onwards.
Candidates should have extensive experience developing Flash applications/websites using industry standard object oriented techniques and a minimum of 1 years experience developing Flex 2 applications.
Candidates should be expert in both ActionScript 2 and 3. Expert level familiarity with development tools including Flex Builder 2/3, MTASC with Eclipse+FDT or TextMate is assumed. Applicants must be expert in creating 100% code based projects.
On a technical level applicants must be capable of defining & leading medium to large scale sites/applications, including all aspects of the development from planning or technical scoping through to final execution and testing.
Candidates would be required to work closely with other team members in a leadership role, as a hands-on developer, and with other departments, such as Account and Project Management, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Must have the ability to interpret a brief and problem solve in an elegant and intelligent fashion working collaboratively with creative and design, whilst at all times maintaining programming standards and providing the best possible user experience.
Must be a team player, able communicate well, motivate and keep departmental moral high. Proven track record of ability to deliver to an award winning standard with professionalism.
