ActionScript/Flex developer

We are searching for ActionScript Developer with excellent communication skills, and a strong aptitude for analytical reasoning and troubleshooting. A candidate must have project experience developing in Flex3/Flex4 and ActionScript3 and have a solid understanding of modern design concepts.
Experience with the following is required:
- Object-Oriented programming and analysis (3+ year of dev. experience)
- Understanding Comp. Science Design patterns
- ActionScript3
- CSS
- FlexBuilder/FlashBuider
- SVN/git
- JavaScript
J2SE/Swing experience is a plus
Salary is negotiable .
