Full-time Super motivated, talented, innovative mindset types. Serious coding wizards, some UI design work he

at ScholarLab in Atlanta, GA

YOU: Super motivated. Talented, and perhaps a very innovative mindset. Just out of school or seasoned vet. Just plain born for this stuff: innovators of all sorts, design, hackers, serious software engineers through and through, CompSci Gurus... and so on..
· We're going on a ride that will take us up against some very big players out there. Primarily seeking those who are ready to dig in deep with us and go for that ride.
· Well, sure, we could also use some contract help in a few key areas.

US: Successful, super innovative powerhouse startup working in online learning. Awesome products, killer apps + tech, fun customers. Seriously great stuff. Products span from multimedia innovation (live and on demand audio/video, live collaboration, etc) to learner management apps to large scale web properties in the learning space.

WHAT WE NEED: You (see above). Also recognize that we are both carefully calculated and aptly nimble as a company. Demanding eye for detail.
You'll have to employ your creative resourcefulness, thorough eye for detail, motivation to push and work hard to get things perfect. Also requires patience to follow the careful, dynamic path we have to execute on in order to go seriously big. Must be able to both take charge and to take detailed direction.

Skill sets areas, you ask? We need people in a few areas. Need very good skills in each of the areas; and if you have very good in a few areas, we certainly don't mind either (and there is obviously overlap in the areas below)!

Super Major Area A: Flash Platform Superhero. Flash, Flex, and AIR, from high level to low level API's to bytecode hacking. Serious depth. HTML 5 possibly coming soon for us though.

Major Area B: Web Wizard. LAMP, PHP5, good web app code + MVC, new exciting stuff: mongoDB, HTTP and Web/Rest API, attention to and knowledge of scalability.

Major Area C: Front End Fanatic: Serious JavaScript for Web +Ajax. DOM, HTML and CSS etc. HTML5 is coming on strong too.

Major Area D: Killer UX/UI Designer: Either you can design it, or code it or both.

Major Area E: HTML/CSS Samurai: You'll make sure it's done super clean and right and works in multiple browsers.

Major Area F: Overall Code Master: not afraid to sling around C/C++, Java, and just about anything else in cooking up some super exciting stuff.
